Anyone even vaguely interested in animation will not want to miss legendary director Aaron Blaise draw on his 30 years’ experience (21 spent at Walt Disney helping to make some of the greatest animated films ever made, including Lion King, Beauty and the Beast, and Aladdin). He will give the audience unique insight into the old ways of animation.
With 2.2 million followers on Instagram, character artist Lois Van Baarle (aka Loish) will talk about her approach to digital art, which has been used by clients including LEGO, Guerrilla Games, and Amazon.
There’s also plenty for 3D artists and VFX fans to enjoy. Extraordinary 3D artist and interior specialist Belle van der Woodsen will share her expertise in visualizing unique and outstanding interior spaces.
Director Frederik Löfberg will give the audience an insight into directing CG and virtual productions, including cinematics for a range of AAA games.
JM Blay, founder and director of Blay Studio, will discuss his work in motion graphics and animation. Also, for anyone interested in concept art and digital matte painting, art director Mikael Widegren will be giving an unmissable talk on his work.
